Spring is in the air!

Educators Training Week

Wow! How time flies…
In the first week of September we had the Educators Training week, where all of us were properly trained by Colleen Bezuidenhout., one of South Africa’s best, Seta approved Educator trainers. We had a ball, as we had to get out of our comfort zones and speak in front of the class about anything and everything we could think off. We were assessed on the last day and Colleen was pleased to see our enthusiasm and determination to become Educators for Angelic Nails.

A warm welcome to everyone!

Open your Imagination with Pigments

I am sure most of you are aware that we have 18 Colour Pigments. Most people only use those Colours. We would like you to explore all the possibilities that the Angelic Pigments have to offer.

Have a look at the Colour Wheel I have designed to illustrate just a few Colour possibilities with Mocha Matt. If you find a Colour you like, look in the table below to find which Pigments were mixed together.

Mocha-Colour-Wheel.jpg

1= Mocha + White Opalescent

2= Mocha + Pastel Pink

3= Mocha + Pink Sparkle

4= Mocha + Pink Pearl

5= Mocha + Peach Frost

6= Mocha + Red Matt

7= Mocha + Red Matt + Opal Ice

8= Mocha + Red Opal

9= Mocha + Coral Matt

10= Mocha + Coral Matt + Copper Metallic

11= Mocha + Red Orange

12= Mocha + Red Orange + Bronze Metallic

13= Mocha + Burgundy Metallic

14= Mocha + Copper Metallic

15= Mocha + Bronze Metallic

16= Mocha + Light Brown Frost

17= Mocha + Grape Frost

18= Mocha + Wine Matt

19= Mocha + Wine Matt + Burgundy M

20= Mocha + Gold Metallic

21= Mocha + Silver Metallic

22= Mocha + Opal Ice

23= Mocha + Coral Matt + Gold Metallic

24= Mocha + Red Opal + Pink Sparkle

The reason I used Mocha Matt is because it can become a very dull Colour, as well as most of the Matt Colours. So this is the solution: Mix your Matt Pigments with Frost Pigments to give them life… The sky is the limit!

Remember not to mix more than ⅓ Pigment with your One Step Gel as it may cause the Gel not to cure properly and will whip off after all your hard work.

A lovely Colour for Spring is Red Matt + Red Opal.
