At the Angelic Nails yearly Conference held on 30th August 2011, a decision was made to separate Nail Technicians from Home users.
Angelic Nails has done this by creating a retail and professional range.
Home users can purchase the Angelic Nails Retail products packed in smaller quantities. Whereas Nail Technicians that are able to provide Angelic Nails with a Nail Certificate, can purchase the Angelic Nails Professional Range products, packed in larger quantities, at discounted prices.
Home users will still benefit as they can carry on doing their own nails at ±R31.00 for a French Manicure.

This method also contributes to "market research". Angelic Nails would like to see how many Nail Technicians and Home users they supply.
Questions and Concerns:
Q: Why did the One Step Gel change from a 20g to a 5g for home users?
A: Our One Step Gel has a shelf life of 2 years from date of manufacture. To prevent possible issues with the product, due to the fact that the 20g lasts the home user well over a year, we have decided to repackage the gel in a 5g. The 5g should last ±6months.
Q: Why is there a price difference between the retail and professional range?
A: The discounted prices charged to nail technicians is an incentive to them as they buy more often and in larger quantities.
Q: The new pricing structure makes Angelic Nails unaffordable.
A: It has always been our goal to supply salon quality products to the home user at affordable prices. A set of nails will cost the home user ±R31, which is still a very cost effective solution.
