| A New Year with New Ideas |
2008 has come and gone and 2009 is well on its way! We have so many exciting new ideas and hope that everyone from Angels to Nail Technicians will benefit from them.
Our goal for this year is Manicures and Pedicures. It will take some time, but by the end of the year we plan to have a wonderful range of products for everyone.
We also plan to get Cape Town and the Free State on the map, so if Nails are your life and you think you have it in you to be an Educator or would like to distribute our products, give us a tinkle. |

Right: Chantelle Prince, the Nail Educator, has 9 years experience in the nail industry. Having worked with Calbrook, Bio Sculpture, Nail Studio, Le Chat, Ez Flow and Creative. She is now living the life she has always dreamed of!
Left: Carol Cremer, the Principal of the Centre has been in the industry for 14 years educating women in all walks of life namely Beauty, Body & Nail Modalities.
There are also Salon Supplies which offers the students & salons all the necessary supplies & equipment that they may need.

| Nail Art with Glitter Flakes |
When you get board of the French Manicure Overlay consider doing a set of nails with Glitter Flakes.
The effect is elegant, conservative and absolutely beautiful. |

| Start by preparing your nails following the Steps on DVD right up to Apply Bonder. For this tutorial I have applied Tips but steps below can be followed on your natural nails as well. |

Apply One Step Gel on two nails
Cure 2 Min
Apply one more layer on the same two nails
Do not cure! |

| Drizzle a bit of E3/Crystal Glitter over the wet Gel |

| Step 4 |
|
Do not overdo it
Do not cure! |

| Step 5 |
|
Dip your brush into F3/Pink Flakes. Press it onto the tip
of your nail (i.e.) where the White Gel would normally go.
You can apply One Step Gel on top of the Flakes to
secure them.

Repeat 2-4 on other two nails |

Apply One Step Gel on 1-4 nails covering the
Flakes completely

Buff unevenness caused by flakes, making sure
the surface is smooth
